Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging
- Gift box and protective materials must be included
- Custom engraved items are non-returnable unless defective
- Please contact us before sending a return
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your glass flower arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
