Processing Time
Each glass flower is handcrafted with care. Our processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Time
Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days
Standard Shipping (International): 10-20 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 3-5 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over (US only).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Packaging
Every glass flower is carefully wrapped in protective cushioning and placed in a sturdy gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care with fragile items ? if anything arrives damaged, please see our Returns Policy.
